Hi! My name is Misha. I live in North Carolina with my husband and my three year old son, Keaton. I like to garden, cook, read and write, as well as learn and talk about health and wellness. I try hard to eat an environmentally responsible, mostly plant-based diet for a variety of reasons that I am happy to discuss and mention often on this site.
