Granola bars turned out great! Here’s the link to the recipe. I skipped peanuts and added almonds, dark chocolate and raisins that I pulsed in the food processor for about a minute. I also used steel cut oats instead of rolled because they’re less processed. I’ve been looking everywhere for a recipe that I can use chia seeds in that I actually can stomach. I’ve tried them in juices and as toppings, but their texture was too crunchy-then-slimy for me. This recipe was the first that really worked.
