I almost never bake except breads, the occasional cupcake and granola bars. There is a great cupcake cookbook called Vegan Cupcakes Take Over the World. There are tons of great blogs out there that have all kinds of sweets recipes—theppk.com, 101cookbooks.com, and tons of others!
